Our new Ghost Street business cards have rolled out of our sealing machine, and are looking hot to trot. Individually hand sealed vintage slides - the cards have details letterpressed on front and back (not visible in this photo).

Perhaps this year we’ll get round to doing our website.

Great response from Path over the Address Book stuff yesterday. Not only is there an app update with better disclosure, they’ve also mentioned in the post that all previously-uploaded address book data has been removed.

If you werent across this yesterday, it turns out that the Path app amongst other top social networking tools was transmitting your entire contact list to their server to allow for easier ‘find your friends’ functionality. What’s even more interesting is that this is actually standard practice across most of these types of apps.

However when it comes down to it; If you cant trust a social network with your address book, how are you going to trust them with your personal data?

Unfortunately, this discounts the fact that Hollywood is run by people with their heads up their asses. Like this guy. It’s a fucked up nightmare of politics and greed. It’s amazing that anything good comes out of the system at all — it’s a testament to the true creative talent behind the films themselves.

You can bet that Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, and all the rest have tried to talk Hollywood into the system above. They’ve probably been doing it for a decade, if not longer. Instead, we get bullshit like UltraViolet — a giant middle finger to consumers.

Sorry to harp on, but this is actually true.
