Convert MP4 so it plays Progressively
When using a free MP4 video convertor, you’ll find that the output wont start playing in flash / HTML5 until the full file has downloaded.
It moves the atom ‘moov’ data file from the end to the start of the file, allowing your video to stream.
Note: requires AIR, but hey, you’re already in 3rd party software hell.

I’ve been using Miro Video Converter (mirovideoconverter.com) and it doesn’t seem to have this issue. The MP4 files it produces combined with sublimevideo.net stream and work as expected. Might help.
