OSX Caps Remapping

So i’m searching for a way to bind the capslock key to shift in OSX, and ideally give both double tap functionality to toggle capslock. Is this doable?

Update: Disabling the capslock key can be done with the system preference pane ‘DoubleCommand’; remapping to shift sadly isnt an option with the default Double Command install. Further investigation pending.
